Where one of these components fails, the lack of a functioning workstation is something that can have serious consequences for the business or retailer, necessitating a rapid response. It is generally not practical to start maintaining these components on site - there is neither the space nor the time. The best solution is to get a functioning component on site in order that the workstation or Point of Sale can start to be used again - the failed component can then be brought back to our repairs facility or managed out to a third party maintainer.
