PPS has a wealth of experience in operating helpdesks based at end-user sites. Field Engineering activity is normally supported from within the client office by PPS Project Managers, or at our base in Surrey for the duration of a specific rollout project. We can also set-up and operate countrywide helpdesks to support IMAC projects - these generally involve dealing with the end-user, and in this circumstance, PPS is pleased to appear transparent, operating the helpdesk either in the name of an OEM or VAR, or as the end-user IT department.
