PPS Methodologies...

It is of course important that our Project Managers employ an effective methodology. During our years of Project Management experience we have developed our own methodology, particularly suited to rollout, deployment and IMAC projects, which are based on Prince2. This methodology has evolved over several years, and whilst it retains many of the Prince2 features it generally adopts a less cumbersome approach, allowing greater flexibility, whilst retaining tight planning, measurement, control and reporting. We have found that our clients are very happy with the demonstrable benefits and results our methodology bring.

For any significant project we would hold a Project Definition Meeting where we would work with you to fully understand and document the scope of the project. Following that, we would issue our proposal, and move forward to the solution design stage. This is followed by contract review, and finally to a managed, accountable delivery. The management and assessment of risk remains critical throughout this process and when identified will be monitored closely by the Project Manager.
