Project management is above all a collaborative business.

Pure Project Solutions works hard to foster an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect, both within the PPS team, and between Pure Project Solutions and our clients. We are convinced that good relationships are at the heart of successful projects, and so we ensure that all our project managers are excellent communicators, with a firm grasp of human resource management, good conflict resolution skills and a customer-first can-do attitude.

Project managers

Pure Project Solutions has a core team of permanent project managers, enabling us to react quickly to new project needs and provide a very consistent service. In addition, we work with a pool of professional contractors who are known personally to us and who have proven track records.

All our project managers meet a high standard of project management technical skill, usually Prince2. Equally important, they all display excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.

Engineers

We also have a core team of engineers. They are highly motivated and skilful, and are a greatly-valued part of Pure Project Solutions. Having a small permanent engineering unit means that we combine low overheads with the capacity to respond immediately to engineering needs.

As projects require, we use a pool of contracting engineers who we know to be reliable, conscientious and skilled. We work hard to maintain excellent relationships with them so that they deliver excellent results.
